报告概要

Metallic nanostructures with localized surface plasmon resonance arising from the collective excitation of conduction electrons have found widespread use in biosensing, bioimaging, surface-enhanced spectroscopy, drug delivery, and catalysis. LSPR spectral shifts induced by interparticle plasmonic coupling have attracted considerable research interest in controlled assembly of plasmonic nanoparticles, which, in conjugation with responsive “smart” coatings, has been exploited to detect a wide range of molecular targets and environmental factors. We have developed versatile approaches to engineer nanoparticle surface with polymer ligands and assemble the nanoparticles into well-defined structures in aqueous dispersion and at oil-water interfaces. This talk will cover synthesis and assembly of the nanoparticles and their applications in traceable drug delivery, electrochemical biosensors, and chemical catalysis.

个人简介

段宏伟,1999-2002,复旦大学,本科,导师:江明教授;2002-2005Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces and Postdam University,导师:Prof. Helmuth Möhwald2005-2009Emory University and Georgia Institute of Technology,博士后,合作导师:Prof. Shuming Nie20099月加入新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU),现为NTU副教授,ISRN NanotechnologyBiomaterials Sciences以及Journal of Nanoscience Letters杂志编委。近年来,已J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际期刊上发表高质量研究论文50余篇,H因子33,引用次数约4000余次。
